As evidenced here, Max has traveled back in time to 1998 to revisit the days of Busta. You all should assume that he was wearing a pair of corduroys, one black sock, one brown sock, boat shoes, a tie-dyed t-shirt, and grovin' to the beat on one foot in the middle of his living room, rushing back over to his computer to find another beat in the same genre, and it was probably Vivrant Thing from Q-Tip's 1999 Amplified.
Busta shoulda been in a Mad Max movie, if only the timing worked out...
